Ms. Carter is a licensed mental health professional and educational developer who founded C.L.A.S.S. after recognizing the lack of investment in today’s young women.
Furthermore, Ms. Carter uses her expertise in community counseling to remove psychosocial barriers and empower girls to reach their full potential.
